“VĖJAS GALVOJE” 2008 m. Priešsezoninės varžybos
1. COMPETITION
1.1.”Vėjas galvoje” Priešsezoninės varžybos vyks 2008m. balandžio 5-6 d.
1.2. Competition shedule and spot will be anounced by 4th of April by 10.00 . on http://www.vejasgalvoje.lt/ and www.extreme-sports.lt/forumas/ “Competition board”
1.3. Varžybų vietą, laiką ir rungtis organizatoriai skelbia savo nuožiūra vadovaudamiesi varžybų kalendoriumi ir orų prognozėmis.
2. ORGANISER
2.1. Event is organised by “Vėjas galvoje”
3. VENUE
3.1 Varžybų vieta skelbiama penktadienį iki 10 val. ryto http://www.vejasgalvoje.lt/ “karštų naujienų skiltyje (raudonas tekstas tinklapio viršuje) ir www.extreme-sports.lt/forumas/ “Varžybų skelbimų” skiltyje.
4. RULES
4.1. 2005-2008 ISAF Racing Rule of Sailing – Windsurfing Competition Rules (WCR)
4.2. IFWC Class Rules and Championship Rules 2006
4.3. IFCA Class Rules and Championsship Rules 2005
4.4. The Notice of Race (NoR)
4.5. The Sailing Instructions (SI).
5. ENTRY
5.1. Open entry for all competitors who complies all requirements of organiser
5.2. All costs of participation shall be paid by competitors.
5.3. The entry fee will be validate by organiser and shall be published in NoR.
5.4. In case of inconvenient weather conditions what will be conditioned with non-appearance of event, the entry fee will not be refunded.
6. DISCIPLINES
6.1.1. Formula Windsurfing (FW). Wind minimum according class rules.
6.1.2. Slalom (SL). Wind minimum 8-9m/s according local conditions.
6.1.3. Free Slalom (FSL) – Wind minimum 5,2 m/s.
6.1.4. Beginners Slalom (PR) – no wind limitations.
6.2. Racing according conditions:
6.2.1. From 5,2m/s to 8-9m/s – FW, FSL and PR.
6.2.2. 9m/s and more – SL, FSL and PR.
If FSL competitor equipmen matches IFCA slalom equipment rules, then his results are included in SL and FSL scores. If not – results are scored only in FSL.
7. DIVISIONS
7.1.Overall All competitors
7.2.Women All female competitors
7.3.Master A man who has reached the age of 40 (born 1967 and earlier), or a woman who has reached the age 35 (born 1972 or earlier) by December 31st before the year of competition.
7.4.Youth U20 A man or a woman who is less than 20 years old by December 31st in the year of competition (born 1989 and later).
7.5.Junior U17 A man or a woman who is less than 17 years old by December 31st in the year of competition (born 1992 and later).
7.6 Minimum of 5 competitors should be registered to form a division.
8. EQUIPMENT
8.1. All competitors shall bring their own equipment.
8.2.1. Equipment shall match class rules:
8.2.2. Formula Windsurfing (FW) all restrictions as in IFWC Class Rules 2006 ( board width max 1005mm, sail max 12,5sqm, fin 70cm)
8.2.3. Slalom (SL) all restrictions as in IFCA Class Rules 2005 (board width max 85cm, sail max 10sqm, fin 60cm)
8.2.4. There are no restrictions for equipment in Free slalom (FSL) and Beginners slalom (PR) disciplines.
9. INVENTORIAUS ATITIKIMAS RUNGTIES KLASĖS REIKALAVIMAMS
9.1. It is the responsibility of each competitor to participate
10. SAIL NUMBERS
10.1. National letters & sail numbers shall be clearly legible. All Sails shall otherwise comply with the national letter system according to the RRS 77 & Appendix G, as amended by Appendix B.
11. SAFETY
11.1. It is the responsibility of each competitor to participate in the safest possible manner at all times.
11.2.Younger than 16 y.o. competitors should wear lifesaving devices during all the races.
12. LIABILITY
12.1. Competitors take part in all races at their own risk. See RRS 4, Decision to Race. The LOA or any of their officials or representatives or the sponsors or their officials or representatives is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage, loss or injury either ashore or on the sea either to persons or equipment, which may result.
12.2. Participation in Events, supporting events and in each race is at the sole discretion of the sailor and at his/her own risk.
12.3. No organisation or individual will be held responsibility for any moral or material damage that may be sustained during travel or arrival at the Competition venue.

15.PROTESTŲ KOMITETAS
15.1. Protestai nagrinėjami teisėjo ir (arba) nepriklausomo protestų komiteto.
15.2. Protest fee – 15 Lt.
16.SAILING INSTRUCTINS
16.1.Posted on Official Notice Board.
17.SHEDULE
17.1.Will be posted on http://www.vejasgalvoje.lt/ 4th of April by 10.00 and on Official Notice Board
18.AWARDS
18.1. Medals or trophies may be awarded up to the first three competitors in each qualified Division, depending on entry numbers.
19. TELEVIZIJA IR KITA MEDIA
19.1. Užsiregistravęs varžybose dalyvis automatiškai sutinka su varžybų video, foto ir kitos varybų metu užfiksuotos medžiagos naudojimu organizatorių nuožiūra be jokios kompensacijos.
20. REKLAMA
20.1. Varžybų metu organizatoriai gali reikalauti nešti ant burių rėmėjų ir organizatorių lipdukus, dėvėti organizatorių duotą aprangą. Varžybų remėjų ir organizatorių lipdukai ant burės virš giko yra privalomi. Dalyviai be lipdukų bus diskvalifikuojami.
21. KAIP ATVAŽIUOTI
21.1. Vieta: Elektrėnų ežeras
21. REGISTRACIJA
21.1. Starto mokestis – 25 Lt.. Kiekvienas dalyvis asmeniškai užsiregistruoja, užpildo registracijos formą ir sumoka starto mokestį varžybų vietoje iki varžybų dienotvarkėje nurodyto laiko.
